& Coaching

Build the muscles your team needs to turn tension into clarity and forward movement.

“I was blown away by both the content and facilitation of Jaime’s Both/And Thinking Workshop … and I’m a picky consumer! I left excited to think about how to apply it to my work and leadership. ”

Lisa Colton, Darim Consulting

Capacity for complexity.

We’re living and leading in an increasingly polarized world. This complexity and our heightened differences aren’t abstract—they’re landing in your meetings and shaping the choices your team faces. Navigating this moment requires new muscles: capacity for nuance, flexibility in thinking, and the ability to work productively across differences.

These tensions surface in strategy, collaboration, and the everyday tradeoffs leaders must make:

  • How do we hold multiple truths at once?

  • How do we move forward when smart people disagree?

  • How do we make thoughtful decisions without collapsing into either/or thinking?

We don’t treat tension as something to eliminate. We call it creative tension—the stretch that strengthens leaders and teams when they learn to hold it well. Our workshops and coaching build the capacity to turn that tension into clarity, alignment, and better decisions.

Client Spotlight: Third Plateau

Organization
Third Plateau is a social impact and philanthropy consulting firm advancing transformative, community-centered impact.

Challenge
Amid rising political polarization, Third Plateau was convening its full team and sought to strengthen staff’s ability to navigate difference with confidence and openness.

Approach
We facilitated an interactive workshop on skillful listening in charged environments. Through guided reflection and structured practice, participants developed practical tools to deepen understanding and strengthen connection across difference.

“Jaime led a training for our team of about 100 people, and she managed to dive into the space with us in a way that was authentic, supportively challenging, and culturally competent; it was like she was an extension of our own team. She left us with valuable insights, deep reflections, and an understanding of how we can be more effective in our work.”
